EMCC Cyprus is pleased to run the fifth cycle of Solidarity Coaching to Non-Governmental Organisation (NGOs). The goal of this project is to support NGOs in achieving their goals and the goals of their executives/employees who participate in the coaching program.
The project offers coaching services to the executives/employees of NGOs taking part in the program to support them in developing their professional skills to maximize performance and improve effectiveness in their role.
Coaching services are offered pro bono by volunteer members of EMCC Cyprus. Each coaching programme includes up to six one-on-one coaching sessions.
Through this project, EMCC Cyprus contributes to the efforts of the organisations towards creating a better society. We are happy to share testimonials here.

We will offer 6 pro bono 1 hour sessions. The frequency of the sessions will be agreed on the introductory call.
Application process and timeline:
The project will run from April 2024 to June 2024 as follows:
There will be an introductory session with coachee and sponsor and we agree on the areas to focus on. However coaching is flexible so areas to focus might change depending on the coachees’ needs. There will be a closing session with the sponsor and coachee for a final evaluation of the coaching experience
Yes, we will provide a certification of attendance
This will be agreed during the introductory meeting – usually coaches are available both for online and in person sessions.
Nothing is compulsory – if the Coachee or the Coach are not happy with the progress this will be addressed to the sponsor and EMCC Cyprus and we can discuss the way forward.
Only the 1 or 2 coachees registered from the sponsor will participate. The company can assign more people from their team for a future programme.
Yes, this is possible and will be discussed during the closing session between the Coachee and the Coach.
