Contribute to EMCC Cyprus Developmental Activities

EMCC Cyprus welcomes proposals from professionals who are interested in contributing to the development of our members. These proposals can take the form of seminars, workshops, or presentations. Our membership list includes coaches/mentors and individuals interested in the field of coaching and mentoring.

The selected contributors will provide these sessions pro-bono.

What knowledge, skills should coaches and mentors consider to maximize their impact? Your proposal should address a topic relevant to the needs of our community and provide opportunities for developing knowledge and enhancing skills relating to coaching and mentoring. We're particularly interested in proposals that explore how coaches and mentors can enhance the effectiveness of their practice.

Proposals will be assessed by the L&D Committee of EMCC Cyprus, and sessions will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

What practical knowledge and skills can you share with participants to enhance their understanding, skills, and competence? How does your proposal align with any of the following aspects:

Alignment with EMCC Global Standards

Does your session contribute to the development of coaches and mentors in alignment with the EMCC Global Standards, such as the Competency Framework, the Global Code of Ethics, and the Diversity and Inclusion Statement?

Thought Leadership and Development

How does your proposal offer valuable insights and contribute to the ongoing development of the coaching field?

Useful Skills and Tools for Practitioners

What practical skills and tools can your proposal offer to practitioners in coaching and mentoring?

Emerging Trends and Future Readiness

Does your proposal address trending topics or help participants prepare for the future in coaching and mentoring?

Developing Human Capital & Building Organizational Capability

How can coaching/mentoring contribute to the growth and development of individuals within organizations? What insights can you share with delegates regarding building capability within organizations through the lens of coaching/mentoring?
