This is not another speech about stress management. This is a wake-up call for companies to rethink the way they work. Burnout isn't just a personal struggle - it’s a symptom of deeper organizational issues. When employees are constantly exhausted, disengaged, or on autopilot, it’s not because they’re not “tough enough.” It’s because the system around them needs to be re-introduced.
In this session, we’ll go beyond naming the problem and dive into what actually works:
You’ll leave with fresh insights, real examples, and tangible ways to build a workplace where people don’t just survive—they grow. This talk is designed for people who lead people. Because the change doesn’t only start with individuals—it starts with how we lead.
Zoe Fragou is an Organizational Psychologist with an MSc in Human Resources Management, a clinical psychologist license, a diploma in Business Coaching & Mentorship, and a Certificate in Agile Leadership. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at EU Business School, where she holds a prestigious fellowship, and her research focuses on organizational behavior. Professionally, she is an awarded business coach leading projects in culture transformation, employee training, and public speaking for global corporations and Fortune 500 companies all over the world. As a public figure, she advocates for human rights, mental health, and women's empowerment and she is the host of the YouTube vodcast "Straight Outta Life"(Απ'τη Ζωή βγαλμένα). Since September 2023, she has been a trainer for the World Health Organization, developing public health leaders in global missions, including Kazakhstan and war-torn Ukraine.

In this keynote, we shift the spotlight from technology to people - and to the essential human skills that drive performance, engagement, and retention: emotional intelligence, leadership presence, creativity, and connection. These skills don’t emerge automatically - they’re developed, nurtured, and sustained over time. This is where coaching plays a vital role. Coaching supports individuals and teams to grow these capabilities, stay connected to purpose, and navigate change with resilience and awareness.
Human skills are no longer optional - they are essential to thriving in the now of each organisation. In the age of AI, your people - and how you coach / mentor, lead, and prepare them for what’s next — are your greatest asset.
The future isn’t waiting. And it’s deeply, powerfully human.
