Georgia is a specialist in HR and OD and has a long experience in the banking sector. She holds an MBA and is a certified professional with the Society of Human resource Management (SHRM) at Senior Practitioner level. She is also a certified psychometric practitioner in MBTI, SHL, and DISC and a certified trainer with HRDA.

Georgia is an EMCC accredited Coach/Mentor at Senior Practitioner level and a practicing Coach Supervisor. She has been the President of EMCC Cyprus since Jan 2021 and a volunteer member of committees at EMCC Global level.

Kypros is a Learning & Development specialist, an HRDA trainer and an accredited coach by EMCC Global at Practitioner Level, with focus on Leadership Development. Currently working towards his CIPD Level 7 in Strategic Learning & Development, Kypros holds two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry.

With a diverse background spanning various roles and a wide range of projects, Kypros brings a wealth of expertise and understanding of different areas. Throughout his career, he has been involved in strategic implementations across Commercial, HR, and Operational domains. His commitment to helping people reach their full potential is fuelled by his passion for making a difference.

Vaso is accredited EMCC - Senior Practitioner Coach and by ICF-PCC accredited coach. An author, and speaker with 18 years of diverse experience in corporate environments, including leadership roles and collaborations with multinational retail companies. 

As a leadership and team coach, she works closely with executives and team leaders to implement data driven programs to create high-performing teams grounded in trust, while also empowering individuals to build their unique personal and professional paths. 

Her extensive experience makes her a trusted partner for international brands across a variety of industries.  She believes that Leadership is not just a job description but is a way of living, thinking and operating and it is a skill that can be cultivated and learned.

I am a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and an EMCC Accredited Coach and Mentor at the Senior Practitioner level, specialising in Executive, Leadership, and Skills coaching. My clients come from diverse sectors, including banking, retail, shipping, finance, and NGOs. I am especially proud to be the first EMCC Global Accredited Coach | Mentor Supervisor in Cyprus!

Before returning to Cyprus, I lived and worked in London for 8 years. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, I launched my career as a trainer with Kaplan Inc. With over 22 years of training experience, I have delivered seminars around the globe. This exposure to different cultures and environments allows me to bring a multicultural perspective to both my training and coaching sessions. My finance background is also invaluable in understanding the challenges faced by various organisations and stakeholders.

For 13 years, I served as Client Learning Lead at PwC's Academy Cyprus. Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of working closely with Master Coach and Coach Supervisor Dr. Lise Lewis on the Bluesky International/PwC’s Academy Coaching Accreditation programme. I have contributed as both a facilitator and a reviewer of delegates’ work for this unique programme, which is the only one in Cyprus leading to accreditation at the EMCC Practitioner level.

I love traveling the world and capturing street photos. I often incorporate my photographs into presentation decks and exercises, bringing a personal story to each moment.
