- Requests for registration cancellation must be sent via email to communications [at] emccyprus {dot} org. Cancellations received 10 days before the event, will be eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds for registrations will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation request. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for any refund.
- The information we retain about you is limited to the details provided on the registration form (including name, email, phone, and company name). Payment processing is conducted using Stripe, a GDPR-compliant online payment processing service. EMCC Cyprus does not store any of your card information.
- Your email, name, and telephone number will be securely stored for the purpose of event communication and future EMCC Cyprus event notifications. If you wish to opt out of receiving information, simply use the unsubscribe option we provide at the end of our promotional emails . We will ensure your complete removal from our database.
- We do not share your information with third parties, such as sponsors. Third parties involved in the registration process are GDPR-compliant tools like online platforms such as JotForm.
- By registering for the event, participants agree that we may utilize audio/visual material for promotional purposes of EMCC Cyprus on various platforms, including social media, the website, and press releases.
