Culture Shift: From "Know-it-All" to "Learn-it-All" - Coaching as the Engine of Transformation

Aga Bajer

Founder and CEO, CultureBrained®

In a world where the pace of change outstrips the pace of learning, “Know-it-All” cultures have become a liability. They reward certainty over curiosity, expertise over adaptability, and being right over getting better.

For years, organisations have tried to respond by building a “learning mindset” in individuals. Yet even the most growth-minded person will default to self-protection if the wider culture doesn’t support curiosity, risk-taking, and experimentation.

The organisations that will thrive are those able to shift from “Know-it-All” to “Learn-it-All” cultures — where questions matter as much as answers, feedback fuels progress, and mistakes are treated as data, not verdicts.

Coaching is a catalyst for that shift. Beyond one-to-one development, it acts as a cultural engine that rewires how people think, interact, and grow together — making learning constant, curiosity contagious, and adaptability the norm.

Meet Aga Bajer

Aga is a culture strategist, the founder of CultureBrained®, the author of Building and Sustaining a Coaching Culture, and the creator and host of the CultureLab Podcast. For the past 20 years, she has helped organisations pay attention to their culture in ways that deliver meaningful results. From VC-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Aga has supported leaders to cultivate cultures that scale and enable people to do the best work of their careers. Her career includes senior roles with HayGroup, Korn Ferry, and PwC, before founding her own firm focused on culture work.

Having lived the start-up, scale-up and corporate worlds as both a leadership team member and a founder, Aga brings first-hand experience to her practice. Today, she helps organisations codify, activate and evolve their Culture Playbooks—creating environments where the right culture emerges naturally, by choice rather than by chance.

Evolving Perspectives on Coaching, Leadership & Organisations: What Cyprus might learn from Ireland

by Dr. Colm Murphy

Tania Hodgkinson

Executive & Systemic Team Coach

Naysan Firoozman

Head of Consulting & COO at Renewal Associates Ltd

In a time of polycrisis - where climate disruption, economic volatility, and social fragmentation intersect -organizations are being stretched beyond the capacity of any single team to respond. What’s needed now is not just stronger teams, but stronger systems of collaboration.

This interactive keynote introduces Systemic Team of Teams Coaching (STOTC) - an integrative approach that helps leaders and coaches build coherence, trust, and value across interdependent teams and stakeholders.

Through practical, table-based exercises, participants will experience what it means to think and act as a “team of teams.” Drawing on the Five Disciplines framework and global case examples, the session explores how to work across difference, clarify shared purpose, and shift from isolated effort to collective intelligence. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of STOTC—and a practical action to apply in your organization. Whether you’re a leader or coach, this session will challenge how you collaborate—and inspire how you lead.

AI Won’t Break Coaching - But It Changes the Game

Rebecca Rutschmann

AI Coaching Innovator, Viva la Coaching Co-Founder

AI isn’t breaking coaching but reshaping what coaching means. In this keynote, Rebecca Rutschmann challenges HR leaders and coaches to confront the challenges AI exposes, rethink what truly counts in coaching and learning, and how we can shape the future to lead with trust and responsibility.

Coaching Reinvented in the Age of AI: What Do We Keep, What Do We Change?

Post-conference workshop by Rebecca Rutschmann  (same day; same venue at 15:30)

This interactive workshop invites you to explore how AI is not breaking but reshaping what coaching means and maybe reinventing something new. Building on Rebecca Rutschmann’s keynote, we’ll use real-world tensions such as directive vs. non-directive coaching, authenticity, empathy, access, and professional ethics as a mirror for our own assumptions.

Together, we’ll ask:

  • What kind of coaching is your coaching?
  • What do we need to protect, adapt, or let go of in the AI age?
  • How can we lead this shift with integrity and trust?

Through guided reflection, small group dialogue, and a collaborative “AI Coaching Compass,” this workshop offers space to rethink the future of coaching together, and with responsibility. Leave with new language, clarity, and courage to shape what's next.
