Andriana Ubunuki-Kalfa is a certified Executive and Team Coach, utilising methodologies inspired by the Japanese philosophy to support sustainable high performance in leaders, teams and organisations.
As a Performance Coach, she also works with elite athletes, having coached six athletes who competed in the most recent Olympic Games, including an athlete who achieved World gold.
Her Japanese-Greek heritage and studies bring a distinctive lens to her practice, shaped by philosophies from both cultures— principles that guide leaders towards purposeful action, inner alignment and sustainable change.

Geraldine is founder and managing director of Evolution Partners and specialises in providing strategic advisory and coaching support to executive teams and to individuals.
With over 30 years’ experience as a senior leader in Pharma, she has led many transformational projects at national, European, and global levels delivering impressive revenue and profit growth while transitioning organisations through complex change. She has significant experience in building and leading senior teams in Ireland, UK and internationally both in manufacturing and commercial operations.
She is a non-executive director on the board of the Royal Victoria Eye & Ear hospital of Ireland and is Chair of the Quality and Safety Committee.
Along with qualifications in science and business, she is also a qualified Business and Executive coach and is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
