Membership with EMCC Cyprus automatically includes membership with EMCC Global.
Members support the aims and guiding principles of EMCC and comply with all applicable codes of ethics and professional practice for as long as they remain members.
Members are responsible for keeping their personal and professional information accurate and up to date.
The information provided by members, now and in the future, may be kept by EMCC and EMCC Cyprus for the purpose of maintaining membership records.
EMCC does not share or sell member data to third parties. Members may update their information at any time through their membership record. The EMCC privacy policy is available on the website.
Member details may be used to create a “Find a Mentor / Coach” profile that is publicly visible on the EMCC website. This visibility can be managed at any time through the member profile.
The information provided by members may also be used by EMCC and EMCC Cyprus to communicate about professional matters, including events, conferences, research, publications, and accreditation opportunities.
Member information may be used to inform members about other EMCC activities and matters of professional interest.
By becoming a member of EMCC Cyprus, the individual is registered as a member of an association legally registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Associations (EMCC European Mentoring & Coaching Council Cyprus – Registration No. Σ/4418).
EMCC Cyprus members are responsible for reading, understanding, and accepting the Constitution of EMCC Cyprus.
Membership is renewed annually. Each member is required to pay the annual membership fee by January of each year. If the fee for one year is not paid, it is recorded as an outstanding subscription. If membership fees remain unpaid for two consecutive years, and after written notice, membership is terminated. A former member may reapply for membership upon request.
The Constitution of EMCC Cyprus does not provide for the suspension (“freezing”) of membership fees. If a member does not wish to pay the fee for a given year, they must formally notify the Association of their intention to withdraw. Membership is then terminated, with the option to reapply in the future.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
