Dr Gaya M. Gamhewage
Founder, The Wisdom House, Creator of the MC³ Leadership Architecture™
What happens when you fuse cutting-edge neuroscience with ancient contemplative wisdom? In this transformative keynote, Dr. Gaya Gamhewage introduces NeuroDhamma - a revolutionary framework for human development born from a deeply personal journey of discovery in her "Third Act."
Designed specifically for professional coaches and mentors, Dr. Gamhewage unpacks the M · C³ framework, an Einstein-inspired architecture connecting the structural mind with the heart. Attendees will explore how to upgrade their own neural hardware (Mind) to master three critical relational software tools: Compassion to hold difficult client distress, Connectedness to establish deep psychological safety, and Composure to remain an unshakeable somatic anchor during client crises.
Backed by peer-reviewed neuroimaging data, this session provides practical, evidence-based tools. Discover how to apply the Mind-Heart axis to deepen your own presence, elevate your reflective practice, and unlock profound, sustainable breakthroughs for your clients.
Dr Gaya M. Gamhewage is a medical doctor, certified coach, facilitator and international leader with more than 30 years of experience in global health, leadership, learning and organisational development.
During her long career with the World Health Organization in Geneva, she held senior leadership roles across areas including health emergencies, learning and capacity development, communications, and organisational culture.
Passionate about developing people and new models of leadership, Gaya brings together her experience in medicine, global leadership and coaching to help individuals and organisations grow and create meaningful impact.

Dr Ana Paula Nacif
Executive and Group Coach, Quantum Leap
Embedding group coaching in organisations works best when it is clearly linked to strategic priorities such as leadership development, inclusion and wellbeing, rather than positioned as a standalone “nice to have” intervention.
Creating psychological safety, clarifying expectations and investing in coach capability are essential conditions for groups to move beyond conversation into behaviour change.
Over time, integrating group coaching into HR, L&D and performance management systems helps shift norms towards ongoing reflection, peer support and shared ownership of development, supporting a more sustainable coaching culture.
Dr Ana Paula Nacif is an experienced executive and group coach, facilitator, and consultant specialising in leadership and wellbeing.
With nearly 20 years of experience, she partners with leaders and teams across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, including professional services, healthcare, and statutory organisations. Alongside her consultancy practice, Ana Paula is a Senior Lecturer on the MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London, and an active academic and researcher in group coaching and wellbeing.
She is an EMCC Master Practitioner, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, and a qualified, EMCC-accredited coach supervisor. She is the author of Coaching for Wellbeing: An Evidence-Based Guide for Practitioners, which offers a research-informed framework and accessible approaches for applying wellbeing within organisations and coaching practice.
Dr Benita Mayhead
Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor | EMCC U.K. Director for Coaching Practice
Leadership, duty of care, and the conversations that change everything
Leaders and coaches already exercise a duty of care, or quietly fail to, in moments that usually pass unnoticed.
Dr Benita Mayhead’s award winning research finds coaches making high-stakes ethical calls with no shared map, while complaints to professional bodies quietly climb. Leaders face the same reckoning: as AI hollows out operational work, what's left is irreducibly human - the conversations that build or break trust, rippling through organisations far beyond anyone a leader directly manages.
Drawing on her book, this talk explores: the self you lead from, the moments care is made or missed, and how far the ripple travels – to reveal what leaders and coaches owe humans in their care, and what it costs when that duty goes unnamed.
Dr Benita Mayhead is an executive coach, coaching supervisor, and leadership development expert with over 30 years' experience. She holds a doctorate in coaching and mentoring and lectures on ethics and duty of care at Henley Business School.
Her book, Duty of Care in Coaching, is the first empirically grounded examination of its kind, drawing on her award-winning research recognised as a groundbreaking contribution to the field.
She is a Global Master Practitioner with EMCC, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and board director for EMCC UK. Her next book brings this research to leadership, examining what duty of care demands of those responsible for others inside organisations. Benita lives in the UK, finding restoration outdoors and walking her dogs.

Post-conference workshop:
Psychological safety is often named as critical to performance but far less often understood as a daily practice. Without it, teams with strong talent still underperform, avoid challenge, and fail to learn.
This session cuts through the theory and brings psychological safety to life through a simple, practical diagnostic and live reflection. Participants will assess a team (their own or a client’s) against key dimensions of safety and identify specific, observable behaviours that either build or erode it.
Coaches will gain a clear entry point for working with teams, and HR / business leaders will leave with tangible ways to help leaders create environments where people can speak up, challenge, and contribute fully.
