Understanding Self: Cultivating Ethical and Professional Coaching & Mentoring

Who we are ... is how we coach/mentor.

Deepening our awareness of values, beliefs, behaviors, and interventions—and

understanding their impact on our coaching and mentoring—allows us to navigate client

sessions ethically, professionally, and effectively.

In this interactive workshop, you will design a personalized ritual for:

Preparing before a session
Observing during a session
Cultivating self-awareness after a session

Through discussions and guided exercises, we will:

Explore the coach/mentor persona
Connect with our inner coach/mentor
Observe and refine our interventions
Challenge assumptions, habits, and attitudes

By engaging in regular reflective and reflexive practice, we gain a deeper understanding

of ourselves—laying the ethical foundation for personal mastery and a truly

professional approach with clients.
