Online Interactive Workshop with Susan Douglas
Tue September 16th, 2025
Join us for an interactive workshop with Susan Douglas
Coaches are essential partners in helping leaders and organizations navigate uncertainty. In today’s rapidly evolving world, change often arrives as crisis - demanding urgent, high-stakes decisions in the midst of stress or trauma.
This interactive session explores how core coaching capabilities- especially the ability to create reflective, relational space - can be amplified to support clients during personal, organizational, or systemic crises. Through real-world examples and group dialogue, we will examine practical ways to accompany coachees in navigating these moments with clarity and compassion.
Drawing on insights from psychological first aid, trauma-informed practice, and reflective supervision, we will also focus on sustaining the coach’s own resilience and presence. Participants will leave with tools and resources to support others through crisis without becoming depleted themselves.
